We are committed to being as sustainable as we possibly can be here at Olivespa.

 It all started with our founder, Brenda Rea. As the mother of 5, Brenda Rea was always concerned with keeping her children healthy and happy. When sensitive skin and dry Arizona days left some of her kids with mild eczema, she researched natural dry skin remedies and discovered that olive oil was the answer.

 Extra virgin olive oil is extremely healing and the foundation for most of our products. Once Brenda discovered the power of simple, natural ingredients - Olivespa was born. Read below to learn more about how we continue to be as sustainable as we can be. 

1. We believe in using only natural ingredients - no chemical additives, no synthetics, and all bio-degradable ingredients.
2. We’ve committed to transitioning our packaging away from plastic, instead opting for glass, tin, and paper when possible.
3. The plastic packaging that we’re unable to switch, such as that used for the lip balms and lotion sticks, we’ve switched to a biodegradable plastic, with labels that have tamper evident tabs so avoid excessive plastic of shrink wrapped sealing.
4. We use 100% recyclable paper packaging for our shipping materials for all of our online orders.

  We believe that if we take care of Mother Earth, she will take care of us.
